Write for us
Vibrant Mindful Living welcomes original pitches about attention, reflection, sensory awareness, rituals, and boundaries in ordinary life. We look for thoughtful explanations that give readers something specific to understand or try without promising a perfect outcome.
Ideas we welcome
A strong proposal has a clear subject, a defined reader question, and a distinct point of view. It might explain why a familiar moment feels different when attention shifts, compare two ways of marking a transition, or examine a common assumption about mindfulness. Keep the idea grounded in everyday experience and make clear what is genuinely new about your approach.
What to include
Send a short summary of the central idea, the main points you would cover, the intended reader, and why the piece fits Vibrant Mindful Living. Note any important sources, relevant experience, or potential conflicts of interest. A finished draft is not needed for an initial proposal. We welcome original work and clear, unforced prose.
How to send a pitch
Use the Contact page and choose the editorial question option, then identify your message as a contribution proposal. Please do not send confidential personal information. A proposal is not an assignment, and any further editorial arrangements should be agreed before a full draft is prepared.
Attention changes how a day feels
Mindful living is not a perfect routine or a demand to be calm. It is a way to meet ordinary experience with greater attention and choice.
