Editorial policy
Vibrant Mindful Living aims to make ideas about attention and ordinary experience clear, accurate, and proportionate. We distinguish explanation from suggestion and revise wording when it could leave readers with a misleading impression.
Accuracy and clarity
We check factual statements against appropriate material before publication and use language that matches what can be established. Articles explain key terms and avoid presenting a personal practice as a universal answer. When a subject is uncertain or varies by context, we say so rather than smoothing away the qualification. We do not claim that a routine guarantees a particular result.
Independence and interests
Editorial decisions are made for reader relevance and clarity. A commercial relationship does not buy favorable editorial coverage, and material created with a partner is identified plainly as sponsored or partner content wherever it appears. Partner placements are labelled so readers can distinguish them from independent editorial work.
Corrections
Readers can send a correction through the Contact page. Please identify the article and passage and, where possible, explain the issue. We review specific, supportable concerns and correct material when warranted; significant changes are noted in the article so readers can understand what changed.
Images and illustrations
Images are chosen to support the subject rather than imply evidence that an article does not provide. Some illustrations may be AI-generated. Where an illustration could be mistaken for a documentary image, we identify it as an illustration and make its illustrative role clear.
Attention changes how a day feels
Mindful living is not a perfect routine or a demand to be calm. It is a way to meet ordinary experience with greater attention and choice.
